Life is colourful. To be motivated and demotivated are also two different colours of life . There are certain days in life when we feel highly motivated and alternatively, we have days when searching for a single ray of motivation is the only goal of the life.

Motivation increases energy, it helps us to achieve more, do more meaningful work to get everything done withing the time limits we set as deadline.

From the history , it is evident that Motivation is the booster that you require to be energetic and confident. We all require this booster in all stages of life.

As Shakespeare said in his poem, there are 7 stages of life and at every stage, humans seek different type of motivation. The Schoolboy, the second stage mentioned by the Shakespeare, needs motivation to focus on study in order to get good grades. Teachers, parents and family are the major source of motivation for students.

Whereas, the middle-aged man (the fifth stage), needs motivation to have a successful career and to keep his family happy. Whereas for the middle-aged man, source of motivation can be the socio-economic status, happiness of the family, appreciation from employer and helping others by fulfilling their needs. Furthermore , Humans are driven by feelings, sentiments and emotional circumstances. Sometimes Excited, Sometimes Lazy. Sometimes Happy, Sometimes Tired.

However, the fact is that all of us face challenges and hurdles in our life. Rise and fall is indeed a part of our life.


Everyone has their own way to deal with de-motivation and down times in life. Sometimes the scars take longer to heal and sometimes it is very easy to come out of a hardest situation.

But all depends on the type of energy booster we receive. Nature also acts as an energy booster in a hidden way so humans feel motivation enough to believe in themselves and does not get exhausted of being monotonous.

Motivation is a driving factor to achieve a dream. Rise and falls are all parts of the mountains we climb to attain our goals. The obstacles we face, deviate us and drag us away from the accomplishment of our goals.

What can we do to have motivation and confident?

In our daily routine, we came across such cases where we can be someone’s motivation, someone’s lifeline, and someone’s energy. Our few kind words can make his or her day. Stay positive in order to be someone’s energy, someone’s motivation.

Being an individual we have to be our own source of motivation. We should be our own MOTIVATION AS ENERGY BOOSTER! Feeling down? Have some chocolate, it will help you come out of stress. Share your fear and discuss the things with your family and close friends. Go for walk and look at nature. Freshness of nature will give you fresh feelings. In my life, I have come across one thing i.e. If you want the excess of something, Start sharing it with others and it will com e back to you.
